NBC maintained 550 distinct pre-printed cartons for 550 bearing types. Every MRP change meant destroyed inventory. Every slow-moving SKU meant months of dead stock in godowns across India. We rethought the entire system — consolidating carton dimensions and deploying on-demand inkjet printing to manage 1,400 bearing types with just 115 base sizes.
